Terms of Use
The terms and conditions of MX SPORTSBOOK conform very closely to those of Las Vegas, and are used to protect both our company and our customers. Please review them very carefully.
1. All wagers accepted by MX SportsBook are subject to these rules.
2. No one under the age of 18 years old is permitted to wager at MX Sportsbook.
3. All customers accounts and personal information are confidential.
4. MX Sportsbook relies entirely upon the information provided by the customer in the application in order to establish a wagering account. We are not responsible for any form of misrepresentation by the customer.
5. Member's winnings will not be reported to any government agency. If you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable, you must report them to the proper authorities.
6. Only one (1) account allowed per person.
7. Customers are solely responsible for the security of their Personal Identification Number (PIN) and their passwords, and therefore any unauthorized use of their accounts.
8. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet stands, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer.
9. In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have his password or username, the customer may at anytime ask MX Sportsbook to change the account number and password.
10. Las Vegas rules will apply to any rule or wager not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
11. All rules, regulations contained herein are subject to changes and revisions by MX Sportsbook without prior written notice.
12. In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, any wagers will constitute a "no action" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly.
13. In the event of the cancellation of any game for any reason, MX Sportsbook will not be liable.
14. MX Sportsbook shall reserve the right to suspend or withdraw any game at its' absolute discretion.
15. MX Sportsbook reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager and can refuse wagers from clients who reside in states or provinces that prohibit sports wagering.
16. Minimum and maximum wager amounts on all sporting events will be determined by the house and are subject to change without prior written notice. MX Sportsbook also reserves the right to adjust limits on individual accounts as well.
17. All betting payoffs are calculated on the odds in effect at the time of the wager.
18. Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another (correlated plays) e.g. a parlay with both the point spread and the money line.
19. Wagers are graded only after the contest is final.
20. All sporting events must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. Sporting events postponed by more than 12 hours and or rescheduled, will constitute "No Action", and all money will be credited accordingly.
21. The winner of an event will be determined on the date of the event's conclusion; MX Sportsbook does not recognize suspended games, protests, scoring amendments, result reversals and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the wagering rules specified for that sport by MX Sportsbook.
22. If not corresponding funds are placed in an account by mistake, the customer MUST notify MX Sportsbook of such error without delay. Any winnings realized after the error, whether directly or indirectly subsequent to the error but prior to notification shall be void.
23. Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this period. The client is solely responsible for their account transactions.
24. MX Sportsbook reserves the right to take away any bonus, any time, without explanation.
25. Warning: Gambling involves risk. By gambling on this website, you run the risk that you may lose money or suffer psychological injuries. You gamble at your own risk.
Wagering over the phone:
1. Each client is required to identify himself by his betting account number and password on each call.
2. Read back is final: After wagers are placed by telephone, the phone clerk will read back the wagers. If the read back or confirmation is correct, client must re-confirm wagers by stating their client number and password. If a client confirms a read back where the telephone clerk made a mistake, the wager is final. It is the responsibility of the client to correct any errors during the read back.
3. In the event a customer does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties (disconnection, etc) it is the customer's responsibility to call back immediately to confirm his wager(s) or the wager(s) will be voided. Please, call back to confirm your wager(s).
4. No wagers can be cancelled once the caller confirms them and the call is concluded. The only manner in which a client can cancel a wager is to wager on the opposite side of the contest in which he initially wagered.
5. All phone calls to MX Sportsbook will be recorded on tape and all discrepancies shall be resolved by the use of it.
Wagering on the Internet:
1. You should determine whether MX Sportsbook's services are permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Internet MX Sportsbook accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet.
3. It is the Customers responsibility to keep their password secure. All wagers placed in the account will be binding.
4. When wagering on the Internet, members are solely responsible for their own account transactions. Please be sure to review your wagers for any mistakes before sending them in. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be changed.
5. It is the Players responsibility to write down the ticket number of each wager after confirmation.
6. MX Sportsbook does not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers made by the client and will not take into consideration discrepancy requests because a play is duplicated or missing. Clients may review their transactions in the plays confirmation section of the site after each session to ensure all requested wagers were accepted. Check all transactions before logging off.
7. Account balances must be verified by the player on each Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your betting account balance, you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims. Claims or disputes must be settled at this time.
8. All Internet betting transactions are logged and backed-up regularly. In all cases of dispute, both management and the customer agree that the file back-up shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Claims must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this three-day period. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions.
